I find this podcast to be helpful, considering that I am suffering through a mental illness; Dennis is one of the most genuine people I have listened to (he doesn’t sugarcoat things, he is brutally honest about what anxiety can do, etc.). Although there are a couple of things that I don’t agree with him about on a personal level, I think that Dennis is extremely helpful when he answers questions and gives out advice. It also helps that these podcasts are not over twenty or thirty minutes, so I could just pop up another episode after listening to one.
