I’ve been struggling with anxiety, especially in regards to work and some painful memories with past jobs. My current job is much better, but often I’m unable to see the good in it because my anxious thoughts about the future.
I’ve just recently started listening to The Anxiety Guy Podcast, and have found it immensely supportive on my journey. Talking with friends and family is helpful, but they are only able to listen and give so many good but somewhat generic tips. I appreciate this podcast because it’s giving me the TOOLS to stop the cycle of negative thinking and reacting, and move towards responding. Just finished listening to episode 77 twice and took notes. Much needed resource -thanks so much!!
